Society for Women and Girl Child Empowerment (SWOGE) is a group of women led Non-Governmental Organizations established in 2011 to promote welfare activities aimed at alleviating human suffering and overall amelioration of the Nigerian society through empowerment and enlightenment.

SWOGE is a gender-sensitive focus organization that provides multi-sectorial interventions for the vulnerable with the vision to enlighten, empower and help them achieve their life goals, expose them to various opportunities, encourage them to imbibe the virtue of hard work, accountability, professionalism and participation in policy formulation and governance.


A Nigeria where women and girls are empowered and protected to actualize their dreams, take control of their lives and live according to their own values with equal opportunities to realize their potentials.
